Abstract

This study was aimed to describe the Perception of Teacher Professionalism Training Program Students in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Sriwijaya University towards Teacher Professionalism Training Program. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The variable in this research was the Student Perception of Teacher Professionalism Training Program Towards Teacher Professionalism Training Program. Subjects in this study were all the students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Sriwijaya University in the 2018-2019 Academic Year Position, with the total amount of 23 students. Data collection techniques used Questionnaire. From the result of the questionnaire in this study were obtained an excellent category for the indicator of absorbing/receiving, the strongly agree item obtained 82% as the result. And in the assessment/evaluation indicator shows the percentage of 86%, which means that the second indicator also could be categorized as a very good category. So it could be concluded that students' perceptions of the Teacher Professionalism Training Program in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education were very good at understanding The Teacher Professionalism Training Program.
