Abstract

Penelitian ini berlujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri I BPR Ranau Tengah. Berdasarkan Teori Hierarki Kebutuhan Abraham Maslow dimensi motivasi kerja ditunjukkan oteh kebutuhan .fisiologis, kebutuhan keamanan, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan penghargaan, dan kehutuhan ak:tualisasi diri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 BPR Ranau Tengah yang berjumlah 73 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari kuesioner. Sedangkan daw sekunder berupa data absensi guru SMAN I BP R Ranau Tengah. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis reJ!resi linear sederhana. Data diproses melalui program Stalislical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Versi 22. Hasi/ penelitian menunjukkan bahwa molivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri I BP R Ranau Tengah.
