Abstract
Achmad Sodiki (1998:48) said that there is no certainty of law since there is no clear guidance (for evaluating) about the condition of a field of abandoned land or (intentional) to be neglected, though there are many abandoned lands, so it causes some questions, what does abandoned land mean ?, How and whom is the status of land neglected by ?, Is the owner of abandoned land loss his rights at all ?, and so on
