Abstract
The knock down house on stilts is an industrial society intellectual creation in the village of Tanjung Batu Seberang (South Sumatera). The industry is already well known in Palembang and the surrounding areas and are many bought or ordered from other provinces and even from abroad. The problems which is studied in this research is how the form and content of the purchase agreement and the type of IPR that can be claimed against The Knock down house on stilts. The purpose of this research in designing the model Knock down house on stilts and socialization it to society house industry in the village of Tanjung Batu Seberang. Beside that to know the type of IPR that can be registered and disseminating to the statutes and the legal sociological approach. The selection is done purposively sample of 30 workers. The research aim make the purchase agreement model that can be used by sellers in buying or selling a house stage and type of intellectual property rights that can be claimed to beb registered. The results of the element of trust between the parties and agreement of The Knock down house on stilts more used in oral form than writeten form. This is influenced by the strength of the element of trust between the parties and the low level of education. The Knock down house on stilts can be claimed as the used in transactions for legal certainty and the Government should provide facilities for people who wish to apply for registration of IPR.
