Abstract

Development of business today depends not only on the quality of products, but also in terms of the quality of services that encourage customers to buy products or use the services offered. High-quality service is a service that can provide alignment to customer needs. At the CV. Win Media net current company data and customers are still not computerized so that the company is difficult to know the needs of the customer. The presence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be able to assist the company in the process of service sales and services to customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is implemented in the development of information systems and computer services sales of goods so that the company can also manage the data - existing data more efficiently. Additionally, Tools software development on these systems using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) to describe the functional model and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and using the methodology of the process of developing a system called FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking). The system developed is an information system of selling goods and computer services and web-based SMS Gateway is supported by the pemogramannya created using PHP and MySQL as database storage
