Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the influence of service quality and promotion towards gamer’s decision service at HANS Pro Gaming Palembang. From all the members that were listed at HANS Pro Gaming Palembang, 100 was selected as a sample with accidental sampling. The method used to analize the sample is multipled regression analysis. The result partially show that service quality shows significant and positive effect on the gamers decision service, while promotion shows now effect on the gamers decision service. Simultaneously, these two independent variables together shows a little positive impact on the gamers decision service. It is recommended that HANS Pro Gaming to boost their service quality and promotion more to get a maximum result.
