Abstract

Digging coal activity which take place in PAL 1 on February 2015 – February 2016 period, on pit Curug Pangkul, Murman, Pre-bench, Suban, TAL Ext. T, TAL Ext. B, MT-4, dan TAL South Sump. Based from contract agreement in pacakge 13-025R2 between PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk with PT. Pama Persada Nusantara, for PAL 1 given 3 units excavator backhoe Komatsu PC 400 Ex252, Ex253, and Ex254) and 2 units excavator backhoe Komatsu PC 800 (Ex2324 and Ex2325) and applying renting equipment system towards excavator backhoe Komatsu unit. Target production of the coal on February 2015 – February 2016 in PAL 1 is 6.814.000 tons evidently only realized 6.304.779 tons. The inaccessibility of target production caused by the delay time of coal excavation. Apart of affecting on production, also affecting renting cost that not match with usage of the hour meter. After doing the optimalization of working hour on refilling the fuel activity, moving location, ripping and cleaning of the coal and sprinkling the equipment, then there optimalization of working hour for PC 400 is 731,25 hours and PC 800 is 564,12 hours. With optimalization of working hour, then obtained productivity optimalization is 991.777,70 tons and renting cost is Rp. 2.678.962.132. Target of coal production is 6.814.000 can be achieved because after the optimalization of productivity becomes 7.295.395,69 tons.
