Abstract

Witness Protection for Justice Collaborator is very important program for dismantling criminal organization like case of corruption. Because Justice Collaborator is a person who has connected with the criminal organization and generally know about organization’s structure, method of operation and activities organization. Therefore, guarantie law required to protect Justice Collaborator like special measures against retaliation or intimidation for their testimony.
