Abstract
The objective of this study was to know the influence of implementation of character education to affective aspect students of eleven class on the subject of PPKn in SMA Negeri 8 Palembang. This research was a quasi experimental design type time series design by used one class experimental. The technique for collected sample in research used technique was purposive sampling is XI IPA 1. For collecting the data this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire. The based of result average observation to affective aspect students obtained from the data before and after implementation the character education as 75.55% and increase to be 85.05%, while the results of average questionnaire character education and affective aspect as 71.26% and 77.84% and the result of average questionnaire of the meet up before implementation character education and affective aspect increase to be 79.35% and 86.78%, next based on the hypothesis test result with used Paired Samples T-Test if sign < α the Ho was rejected, but if sign > α the Ha was accepted, then the result of t-test analysis obtained sign = .000 with significant level 95%, therefore Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, that mean the influence which signification from implementation character education after implementation of character education to affective aspect of student on subject of PPKn in SMA Negeri 8 Palembang.
