Abstract

Purposes of this research are (1) To know the implementation of GP-PTT Program of reviewed from economic efficiency side in E. Wonokerto Village Tugumulyo District Musi Rawas Regency. (2) To analyze factors affected rice production on Technical Irigarion Paddy Field of member and non member GP-PTT Program on E. Wonokerto Village Tugumulyo Sub-District Musi Rawas Regency. (3) To analyze the real income level on technical irrigated paddy field whose participants and non-participants GP-PTT Program at E. Wonokerto Village Tugumulyo District Musi Rawas Regency. The data was collected on the location where research took place was at E. Wonokerto Village on May 2016. Sampling method in this research was proportionate stratified random sampling, where member and non member farmer of GP-PTT programme as layer, those are 41 farmers as samples, consist of 20 persons member of GP-PTT and 21 persons as non member of GP-PTT, it took 10 percent of each populations. Collected data consist of primer data and seconder data. Implementation GP-PTT Programme of technical irrigation paddy field is reviewed from economic efficiency side, by lower cost in amount of Rp111.810.064/ha/year had capability to result real income of non member farmers of Integrated Plant Management Application Movement Programme (GP-PTT). Factors affected production of technical irrigation paddy field who joint and not joint to the GP-PTT Programme of technical irrigation paddy field in E. Wonokerto village are amount of fertilezer, seed and significant pesticide, but worker factor and dummy programme was not significant. Real income degree between member and non member farmer technical irrigation paddy field of GP-PTT programme in E. Wonokerto village showed that total real income member farmer lower, in amount of Rp111.810.064/ha/year had capability to result real income of non member farmer of Integrated Plant Management Application Movement Programme (GP-PTT) higher amount of Rp123.203.646/ha/year, than the farmer who joint as member of Integrated Plant Management Application Movement Programme (GP-PTT). The member and non member GP-PTT had no possitive effect to the production and farmer’s income, because there was no significant difference between production and of member and no member GP-PTT Program.
