Abstract

This research aims to know the correlation between deindividuation with cyberbullying among adolescents instagram users. The study hyphotesis was a relathionship between deindividuation with cyberbullying among adolescents instagram users. The subject was 150 adolescents instagram users with ages 15 to 20 years. Cyberbullying was measured by modifying the Tendency of becoming Cyberbullying Assaulter Scale (TCAS) by Belsey (Mawardah, 2014) and deindividuation was measured by deindividuation aspect from Reicher (Li, 2010). Data analysis using pearson product moment method. The result of data analysis shows value of r = 0,454 and p = 0,000 (p<0,05). It shows that the hypothesis is accepted, there is a significant correlation between deindividuation with cyberbullying among adolescents instagram users.
