Abstract

The purpose of this study were 1) to describe livestock breeding business scale, 2) to coun’t the cost of the investment and operational costs in any business scale seed breeding rubber, 3) to analyze the feasibility of seed breeding of rubber on each scale, 4) To analyze sensitive variable effort rubber seedling farm viability in the village Lalang Sembawa District of Sembawa Banyuasin. This research was conducted in the village of Lalang Sembawa Banyuasin district. Implementation of research and field data collection was conducted in December 2016. Location research done intentionally (purposive). The method used was survey and direct observation to the field. The sampling method used in this research is proportional random stratified (Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling). The results showed that the differences of seedling breeding business scale in Desa Lalang Sembawa ie the amount of capital owned, assets and number of employees who owned it is also that sets it apart is the amount of rubber seedlings planted and produced in each seedling breeding effort. The investment costs and operational costs incurred from each seedling breeding efforts on a small scale is Rp 77,467,600 and Rp 32,389,455, for every effort seed breeder rubber on a medium scale amounting to Rp 205,789,625 and Rp 90,517,988, for each rubber seeds breeding efforts on a large scale amounting to Rp 2,427,581,500 and Rp 674.049 500. Based on financial data processing and rubber seeds breeding business is viable with a gross value of B / C 1.46; NPV of USD 138 601 766; IRR of 34% and production by 42 650 rod BEP, BEP price of Rp 1,814 and Rp 195,751,985 receipts for 10 years efforts seedling breeding small scale, the value of Gross B / C 1.71; NPV of USD 589 701 778; IRR of 46% and production by 99 136 and rod BEP, BEP price of Rp 1,542 and Rp 567,468,833 reception during 10 years of effort rubber seed breeder for medium-scale enterprises, the value of Gross B / C 1.32; NPV Rp 2,191,699,912; IRR of 21% and as much as 1,205,597 rod production BEP, BEP price of Rp 2,683 and Rp 4,919,418,910 reception during 10 years of effort rubber seed breeder for large-scale business. Based on the sensitivity analysis of the value of IRR is still above the interest rate of 7% with a tolerance of rising production costs up to 52.26% and price reductions of up to 31.18% for small-scale, production cost increases tolerance of up to 86.81% and a decrease in selling prices up 41.51% for the medium-scale enterprises and tolerance increase in production costs of up to 46.66% and price reductions of up to 24.02% for large-scale business.
