Abstract
Rice plants are major food crops in Indonesia with production and consumption. But it always happens constraints resulting in a decline inproduction because there is a pests. Insect pests are one of the obstacles often faced by rice farmers in an effort to increase rice production. This study aims to determine the effect of application of liquid bioinsektisida B. bassiana against pest attack on the population and the main rice crop in the swampy wetlands and effect of application of liquid bionsektisida active ingredient B. bassiana various doses of the level of the individual and the species of insect pests in rice plants. The methods used in this study is a randomized block design, consisting of 5 treatments and 5 replicates. Biopesticide based Active Control B. bassiana (0L / ha), biopesticide made from B. bassiana Active 100 ml + 600 ml of sterile EKKU 300 g sugar 10 ml vegetable oil + 10 L Water (Dose 1 L / ha), biopesticide made from Active 100 B. bassiana ml + 600 ml of sterile EKKU 300 grams of sugar + 10 ml of vegetable oil + 10 L Water (dose 2 L / ha), biopesticide made from B. bassiana Active 100 ml + 600 ml of sterile EKKU + 300 g sugar + 10 ml of oil vegetable + 10 L water (a dose of 3 L / ha) and bioinsecticide Existing Commercial containing B. bassiana commercial (the recommended dose according packaging) + 10 L water. Commercial biopesticide application plus biofitalik. These observations using nets, sticky traps, pitfall traps and direct observation. The main rice observations performed at the age of 16, 23, 37, 51, 65 and 79 dap and observations ratun rice at the age of 6, 13, 27.41 hsp. In observation either through observation nets, sticky traps, pitfall traps and direct observation is of a Family Cicadedellidae, Alydidae, Pyralidae, Coccinelidae, Pyralidae, flatidae, Grylidae, Grylotalpidae. The most commononly found is the population of Alididae faimly when they were signing the generative phase beginning at age 51 hst, 65 hst, and 7 hst. In percentage pests are four species of pest. They are Cnaphalocrosis medinalis, Leptocorisa acuta, Atractomorpha crenulata and Scirpophaga incertulas. In observation of rice ratun through observation nets, sticky traps, pitfall traps and direct observation are the family of Alydidae, Cicadellidae, Pentatomidae, Pyralidae and Pyrgomorphidae. While the percentage of pests are the family of Alididae, Pyrgomorphide and Pyralidae. The results of paddy rice ratun less than prime. At age 16 hst rice A. crenulata attack percentage have the highest mortality in the treatment of commercial bb (0.00%) were significantly different compared to control. Furthermore, the older the rice paddy mortality has declined. However, the percentage of attacks C. medinalis has the highest mortality in the treatment mm 3 L / ha (1.04%) were significantly different than the control. Percentage pests L. acuta and S. incertulas not show significantly different. The conclusion of this study is the applications bioinsektisida B. bassiana may affect populations of insect pests in rice crops, the application bioinsektisida B. bassiana can suppress pest populations of certain types of attack, namely C. medinalis, L. acuta, A. crenulata, and S. incertulas when populations are high pests and the higher the dose of biopesticide B. bassiana were applied then the effectiveness of the insect pest population suppression higher.
