Abstract
This writing is on learning comminication. It isaddressed to lectureres who do not have educational background. As a profesional a lecture has, at least, three essential abilities. They are : the abilities on learning planning, learning implementation : and creating learning communication atmosphere. The three abilities are called generic essential ( P3G : 1984 : 93 ). It is found that notdo all lecturers have the Three abilities, espesially of creating learning communication atmosphere. In fact, this ability is very important in order optimally accomplish the purpose of learning
