Abstract

This research is meant to measure the performance of Islamic commercial banks using the Islamicity Performance Index (IPI) method in the 2013-2017 period. Indicators measured in the Islamicity Permormance index method include Profit Sharing Ratio, Zakat Performance Ratio, Equitable Distribution Ratio, Directors Employee Welfare Ratio, Islamic Income Vs Non Islamic Income, dan Islamic Investment Vs Non Islamic Investment. The research uses ten samples of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. this type of research is quantitative descriptive. The data used is secondary data taken from annual reports of Islamic banks. Its population is Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia from 2013-2017. The sample uses purposive sampling. The results showed that on average Islamic banks had a satisfactory performance. From ten Islamic banks. The bank that has the best performance are Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Central Asia Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah.
