Abstract

The purpose of this research were to : (1) Count the allocation of time work farmers, on the activities of the farming rice, the for farming for it’s not rice and out of farming in village Districts Sungai Baung Rawas Ulu Musi Rawas Utara, (2) Analyze the factors that affects the allocation of working time of farmers in the farming rice, the farming for it’s not rice, and out of farming rural Districts Sungai Baung Rawas Ulu Musi Rawas Utara, (3) Count the big increase in income households of rice, the farming rice, not the farming rice and out of farming with the strategy allocation of time. The research was carried out in the area of ups and downs in Rural Districts Sungai Baung Rawas Ulu Musi Rawas Utara. Determination of the location is done on purpose. Gathering data on the research took place March 2017. The researh method used is the method of the survey. The withrawal of the sample is used in this study is the method of the withdrawal of a random sampling. The number of farmers who was taken as an example is 36 people taken from each population of farmer as much as 10 percent. The data collected from the primary and skunder. The results showed that the flat rate of the workers most family is out the farming that is 246,69 HOK atau 47,23 percent, because farmers use more working hours and days of work outside the farming in a year than the farming rice and activity for the rice that is 31,04 HOK and 48,32 HOK or 9,50 percent and 14,81 percent. The factors that significantly affect the allocation of time working on the activities of the farming rice is meanwhhile the farming rice and meanwhile the farming not rice. As for factor that effect the allocation of time working on the activities of non activity is the age and income for the rice. Sector revenue was the kid is from the farming rice that is Rp4.143.080 per years while income for the rice by Rp11.882.250 per years. So revenue from the farming rice is noy enought to raise more revenue, domestic rice in the village Sungi Baung, Many others budged sector that was quite helful is from not farming rice, and out of the farming. The results of the analysis test paired t test of an increase in income the farming rice, the farming is not rice and outside the farming in the village Sungai Baung the a real difference between income activity of rice and outside the farming.
