Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarkah pengaruh atribut produk, duta merek dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli produk kosmetik The Face Shop di Palembang Icon serta variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan. Jumlah sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sample penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil Instrument penelitian, variabel independent serta variabel dependent dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis pada penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan (uji f) variabel independent atribut produk, duta merek dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependent keputusan konsumen membeli produk kosmetik The Face Shop di Palembang Icon. Secara parsial (uji t) terdapat satu variabel independent yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan yaitu atribut produk (X1). Pada analisis liner berganda terdapat variabel independent yang berpengaruh dominan yaitu duta merek (X2) dan gaya hidup (X3) terhadap variabel dependent keputusan konsumen membeli produk kosmetik The Face Shop di Palembang Icon (Y)
