Abstract

One of linear algebra application in the field of genetics is the concept of matriks diagonalization on the recursive equation. This study aims to determine the inheritance of genotype in the nth generation in the case of autosomal inheritance. In the case of autosomal inheritance, it is determined probability of inherits generation that inherits the parent’s genotype. Then, determine the genotype distribution model in the nth generation. In the case of autosomal inheritance, all inherit have AA (normal homozygot) if each parents with genotype AA, Aa, aa are mated to the normal homozygot AA genotene couple. All inherit have AA (normal homoygot), Aa (normal heterozygot), and aa if each parents with genotype AA, Aa, aa are mated with normal heterozygot (Aa) geneploting couples. All inherit have aa, if each parents with genotype AA, Aa, aa are mated to the couple with the genotype of aa.
