Abstract

The development of technology at this time has made it easier for human work, such as control and monitoring can be done wirelessly using a smartphone, some examples of wireless connectivity such as Wi-Fi, NFC, GPRS, GSM, Bluetooth. For this research has been created Android smartphone application that aims for monitoring and control on the sorting machines that have been designed by themselves to be able to know the condition of the canned beverage sorting machine in realtime Via an Android smartphone. In this study conducted Bluetooth connectivity test based on the distance, the farther the distance between smartphones with the sorting machine canned drinks, the response time required the longer, there is also a performance testing system display on Android applications created using AppyBuilder, at the time of sending data, and monitoring voltage testing displayed on Android applications there is a difference of reading results with a value varying from the voltage. This is because of the variable readings that fluctuate in a short period of time, and noise in Bluetooth communication.
