Abstract

book value of a stock. PBV shows the ability of the company to create the relative value of the company against invested capital. The higher the PBV ratio, the more successful the company creates shareholder value. This study aims to analyze the effect of the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Price Book Value (PBV). The research data was taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012-2017. Samples are determined based on purposive sampling method so that a sample of 39 companies can be obtained. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Return on assets and Net Profit Margin is significant to Price Book
