Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Regional Government of Musi Banyuasin Regency, the Regional Government of Musi Rawas Regency and the Regional Government of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Tool for analyzing the financial performance of local governments in managing their regional finances using financial ratio analysis of the APBD. Furthermore, the analysis of financial ratios is used to measure the level of regional financial independence, effectiveness in realizing regional income, regional financial efficiency in spending expenditures, harmony between local governments prioritizing the allocation of expenditure funds. This study uses quantitative data. The results of the study show that the financial performance of the district government is better, namely the Regional Government of Musi Rawas Regency because from the calculation of the four better value ratios, followed by the the Regional Government of Musi Banyuasin Regency and the last is the Regional Government of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.
