Abstract
Weir is a building built across the river that serves to raise the water level. With the weir, the river water level can be raised so that river water can be used for farming around it. Batang Asai Dam in Sarolangun Regency is one of the strategic activities and is a priority because of the great benefits for the community around the Saroloangun Dam. This study aims to analyze the stability of Batang Asai Dam in Sarolangun District. Dam stability analysis is to roll, slide, and collapse. This study uses secondary data in the form of water data, soil data, and plan drawings. The results showed that examination of bolster hazards was 2.45 from sf> 1.5 and shear examination was 1.33 from sf> 1.1, which means safe
