Abstract
The design of this sensor system uses a Rotary Encoder to count the number of rotations in the Anemometer Cup vane. The data obtained is used to process the wind speed linearly with Arduino Mega 2560. The wind speed data will be stored in a Micro SD Card. Delivery time settings are set via RTC (Real Time Clock), if entering the sending time the wind speed data will be sent by the SIM Module 900A to the mobile number that has been set.
