Abstract
The purposes of this research are to : 1) analyze yellow pumpkin seller profit from yellow pumpkin marketing in North Indralaya, Ogan Ilir 2) analyze farmer profit from yellow pumpkin corp in North Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, 3) formulize effort to minimalize marketing margin between farmer and seller to selling price in North Indralaya, Ogan Ilir. This research was conducted in North Indralaya, Ogan Ilir on June 2015. This research used census as research method. The data used in this research were primary and secondary. The results showed that : 1) yellow pumpkin profit is Rp. 355,225,00 per selling period, 2) the calculation result shows R/C = 1,26 which means yellow pumpkin crop is profitable, 3) the effort that can be implemented to minimalize marketing margin between farmer and seller to selling price in North Indralaya, Ogan Ilir are increase farmer?s science and technology by extension worker, utilize local labor, increase farmer coaching to increase their creativity to develop yellow pumpkin value added, give farmer coaching on yellow pumpkin cook into various foods, increase farmer knowledge and yellow pumpkin better treatment also determinate planning schedule for better production, increase farmer?s knowledge and coaching in yellow pumpkin corp and processing.
