Abstract

Realization coal production at PT Bumi Merapi Energi in Januari-Mei 2019 is not reach 750.000 tons targeted with an achievement of only 332.094 ton. As a result of the non-achievement of production, realization of acceptance PT Tritama Niaga Berjaya was not reached and harm PT Bumi Merapi Energi in terms of meeting consumer demand, so to evaluation the echievement production of excavatorsaandadumpptrucksiand total costs ofwexcavating and transporting coal to ROM Stockpile. The purpose is to find out echievement production of backhoe and dump truck, the factors causing coal production unachievement and total costs required forqexcavatingqandgtransportingncoaltto ROM Stockpile. Data processed with otomatic equation. Production calculation if coal production starts in the first week of Januari-Mei 2019 is 658.896 tons. The factors causing coal production unachievement are cycle time, work efficiency, and schedulling coal excavating and hauling operations. Total costs of excavating and transporting coal are service costs and equipment rental costs. Total costs of excavating and transporting coal to ROM Stockpie based on a production target is Rp 13.687.500.000. Realization of total costs of excavating and transporting coal is Rp 6.060.715.500. Total costs of excavating and transporting coal based on production calculation is Rp 12.024.852.000.
