Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the My Adventure Trans TV My Trip broadcast program in introducing attractions especially for nature-loving students at Sriwijaya University. This type of research is quantutative descriptive. The data collection technique used was questionnaire dissemination to 70 sample respondents who were active members of the organization of nature lover students at Sriwijaya University who watched broadcast programs with the frequency of watching four times in one month. Use the Linkert Scale to get assessment scores, as well as make observations and secondary data collection. The approach uses dimensions from the theory of Charles Robert Wright, namely surveillance, correlation, cultural transmission, and entertainment. With the score of surveillance dimension is 286 or very good, the correlation dimension is 265 or very good, the cultural transmission dimension is 289 or very good, entertainment dimension 259 or very good. from all these parameters, it was concluded that the My Adventure Trans TV My Trip Broadcast Program was very good at introducing attractions according to Nature Lovers Students at Sriwijaya University
