Abstract

Kodim (Military District Command) 0418 Palembang is a military institution that has the main task to uphold and protect the territorial integrity of the Palembang city from threats and disruption. Kodim 0418 of Palembang as unit ranks the National Army of Indonesian under the Korem (Military Resort Command) 044 Garuda Dempo of Palembang. Employee payroll processing in Kodim 0418 of Palembang currently has an application system is not computerized in the maximum because only using Microsoft Excel application as a tool, then this raises several problems such slow in processing of payroll data and making the reports needed along time. The purpose of this thesis is to create a special application system of employees payroll recapitulation for Kodim 0418 Palembang to help paymaster employees in doing the payroll processing and can simplify the process of recapitulation and calculating the salaries of employees for leverage. Application system of payroll processing was built using PHP programming language and MySQL as database with engineering development methods and analysis systems, capitalization requirements, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
