Abstract
The leadership and simplicity of Umar was more precede the public interest, has prospered living poor people. Umar government had left Islamic development until now, in law, politic, government, and sociology. Public democracy that he taught, in directly listening people complaints, did with mandate. Umar’s thought has been far beyond the three steps of Comte (theology, metaphysic and positive), has been executed by Umar in one time with real acts. Umar Bin Khattab democracy has roled by Habermas in myths teory. But Umar use public space flows by itself, person per person and spread in over Madinah / Islamic territory at that time with traditional communication. Accurate information from Umar’s best friends is valid. If now the modern information with modern tools can be intercepted by Anti Corruption Commission. So that the information models with public space by Umar Bin Khattab’s pattern with couriers more effective compare to public space with all of its opinions
