Abstract
The theory of Consilience that generally can receive their UDK and UTK with all scientific requirements, all in the exact order of values, such as; nuclear and engineering. The thories of Islamic Law, the general rules of the Al-Qur'an is the command that is well-spoken. Repel the crime with a better way. The theory of cheos, an order will always be a dynamic, constantly changing, and it is difficult to predict. It is the opposite of the view that describes the order is more static. The theory of Critical Legal Studies more focused on thought and struggle to use the law to reconstruct a new social reality
