Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan penggunaan mesin Penggiling Padi Keliling. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2019 sampai dengan Juli 2019 di Kecamatan Tanjung Lago, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif. Parameter yang diamati meliputi perhitungan kapasitas efektif mesin, rendemen penggilingan, analisis biaya mesin dan analisis finansial. Hasil perhitungan analisis berdasarkan kriteria investasi Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV) dan net B/C ratio menunjukkan bahwa investasi mesin penggiling padi keliling ini secara finansial layak untuk dilakukan. Nilai Break Even Point (BEP) masing masing untuk volume produksi sebesar 1.789,47 kg dan untuk harga produksi sebesar Rp 185,77/kg. Nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 726.252.102,73 dan net B/C ratio sebesar 3,12.
