It was a quantitative research while the data collected was cross-sectional data. The sample was motorcycle rider who located at Prabumulih City and the amount was 108 people. Sampling technique was incidental sampling. The data will be analyzed by using univariate, bivariate using Chi-square test, and multivariate using multiple logistic regression with prediction models test. The results showed that there were correlation between knowledge (p-value = 0,000), attitude (p-value = 0,004), driver license (p-value = 0,012), family support (p-value = 0,002), weather condition (p-value = 0,024), and road condition (p-value = 0,025) with safety riding behavior on motorcycle rider in Prabumulih City. In another case, there were no correlation between accident experience (p-value = 0,789 ), driver’s pysichal condition (p-value = 0,402 ), and use of personal protective equipment (p-value = 0,776) with safety riding behavior on motorcycle rider in Prabumulih City.In conclusion, knowledge is the factor that most influenced by safety riding behavior.
