Abstract
The objectives of this research are to 1) analyze allocation of family?s labour to palm oil, another farm and not farm, 2) analyze the income contribution from the palm oil farm to total income of farmer family?s if it does not calculate the cost of labour and if it calculate the cost of labour, 3) to analyze the influence of allocation of family?s labour to total income of palm oil farmer if it does not calculate the cost of labour and if it calculate the cost of labour. The result of this research showed that total allocation of family?s labor time of palm oil was 381,38 HOK for year including palm oil was 5,98 HOK for year, another farm was 80,80 HOK for year and not farm was 294,60 HOK for year. The palm oil had the biggest contribution to total income of farmer in Penilikan village, if it did not calculate cost of labour about 48,70 percent or total income was Rp 35.922.703,47 for year. And if it calculated cost of labour about 48,72 percent or total income Rp 34.537.203,47 for year. The allocation of family?s labour time influence was real toward the household income of farmer if it did not calculate the cost of labour or if it calculated the cost of labour. The farmer should increase the allocation of family labour, farmer should cultivate palm oil more intensive in order to increase the total harvest gathered and finally to increase the total income.
