Abstract
The refusal products always follow increasing of Indonesia fish commodity export. In 2010, US import refusal of fish commodity from Indonesia was 146 case (26 case in January to April ; 22 case in May to August; and 100 case in September to December). 64% case of refusal fish commodity was caused by present of pathogens bacteria and their toxin, such us histamine. 26% was caused by filthy, 6% caused by chemist residue, and 4% caused by misbranding. The biggest of fish commodity refusal was caused by present of pathogen bacterial contamination and filthy. This condition showed the bad of fish processing product in Indonesia.
