Abstract
Food is a basic requirement for human life. Food is very likely contaminated so that it can cause a disease called food borned disease. Children often become victims of disease. This is generally caused by not implemented sanitation and hygiene practices are adequate. This study is a descriptive research design based on a cross-sectional approach. The population of research was 23 people, so that the sample is all part of the population. Univariat results of this analysis will be presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results of research based on the characteristics of the respondent indicate there are 73.9% of respondents age 24-54 years, 52.2% of respondents diversiform sex male, 47.8% of respondents have worked as traders traditional foods for 1-10 years, there were respondents with the highest level education was of bachelor degree 4.3%, and respondents with the lowest level education was no education that is not as much as 8.7%. In addition, research also shows that there are 47.8% of respondents individual hygiene are not good, 65.2% of respondents who do not have good sanitation in terms of equipment, 30.4% of respondents in the present circumstances food hygiene are not good, and 47, 8% of respondents who have the means higgler sanitation are not good too.
