Abstract
The objectives of the research was to determine longevity and parasitism of Liriomyza sativae larvae by Opius sp given plants producing nectar, such as kate mas (Euphorbia heterophylla L.), gletang (Tridax procumbens L.), and pintoi peanut (Arachis pintoi L.). The research used experimental method with completely random design. The treatments consisted kate mas, gletang, pintoi peanut, and control (without plants producing nectar). The Result showed the kinds of the plants affected longevity of Opius sp and parasitism L. sativae larvae. Adult longevity on pintoi peanut reached 80 hours on 74 hours, and the shortest longevity occurred on kate mas (32 hours on average 28 hours). The higher parasitism by Opius sp. reached 67.38% on gletang and 50% on kate mas.
