Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, jika tidak terlaksana dengan baik maka menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja yang berdampak mengahambat pelaksanaan proyek konstruks. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilaksanakan pada pembangunan PT.Nindya Karya Kota Palembang pada proyek gedung laboratorium pada kampus UIN Raden Fatah. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan mengenai Sistem Manajemen Keselamtan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) pada proyek dan mengamati perlengkapan fasilitas yang mendukun penerapan SMK3. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pekerja dan kuesioner yang dibagikan mengacu kepada PP No.50 tahun 2012. Penilaian kuesioner menggunakan penilaian skala likert. Setelah hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan, data diolah menggunakan SPSS24 dan didapatkan nilai akhir sebesar 86,69%
