Abstract

In making the best employee marketing appraisal decision making on PD Panca Motor is a difficult thing to do because the calculations are done manually with criteria and very many employees, which is not easy to do by company leaders and can take a long time, especially if done itself without any carrying capacity. And leaders are required to judge their performance subjectively according to the company's targets and assessment schedule to support quality human resources. Therefore, an appraisal system is created, a decision support system that is very helpful in assessing employees by assessing performance based on agreed criteria, namely achieving targets, absenteeism, service, product understanding, customer complaints using the Composite performance index (CPI) method, which is a a decision making method that involves multiple criteria (multi criteria). With the creation of this system, the assessment of the best employees to get alternative decisions with the best value will be more accurate and precise. In addition, with this system, the processing and data retrieval will be faster and easier for leaders to make decisions in giving rewards or bonuses to the best employees.
