Abstract

ABSTRAK INSIDENSI ENDOMETRIOSIS PADA DIAGNOSIS LAPAROSKOPI DI RSUP DR. MOHAMMAD HOESIN PALEMBANG PERIODE 2017-2018 (Anggun Permata Sari, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sriwijaya, 60 halaman) Latar Belakang. Endometriosis merupakan suatu keadaaan ditemukannya jaringan endometrium diluar lokasi normalnya dikavum uteri dan menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya nyeri haid hingga infertilitas. Prevalensi endometriosis di seluruh dunia terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Diagnosis yang cepat dan tepat diperlukan untuk mencegah timbulnya penyulit pada kasus endometriosis adalah dengan laparoskopi. Tujuan. Mengetahui angka insidensi pada diagnosis laparoskopi di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang periode 2017-2018. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan desain potong-lintang untuk mendapatkan angka insidensi endometriosis pada diagnosis laparoskopi di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang periode 2017-2018 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil. Penelitian mengenai insidensi endometriosis pada diagnosis laparoskopi yang telah dilakukan di Instalasi Rekam Medik RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2019. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan dari data sekunder berupa rekam medik seluruh pasien endometriosis yang dirawat inap di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang pada periode 1 Januari 2017 sampai 31 Desember 2018. Didapatkan 65 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria diagnosis endometriosis dan 61 diantaranya yang dilakukan laparoskopi operatif. Kesimpulan: Angka insidensi endometriosis pada diagnosis laparoskopi di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang periode 2017-2018 adalah 24,4%. Kata Kunci: Endometriosis , insidensi, laparoskopi ABSTRACT THE INCIDENCE OF ENDOMETRIOSIS BASED ON LAPAROSCOPIC DIAGNOSIS AT RSUP DR. MOHAMMAD HOESIN PALEMBANG DURING 2017-2018 (Anggun Permata Sari, Faculty of Medicine, University of Sriwijaya, 60 pages) Background. Endometriosis is a condition when endometrial tissue were found outside the normal location (uterine cavity) and became one of the causes of menstrual pain to infertility. The prevalence of endometriosis throughtout the world continue to increasing every year. A prompt and precise diagnosis is needed to prevent complications in endometriosis by laparoscopy. Purpose. Knowing the incidence rate in the diagnosis of laparoscopy in RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang for the period 2017-2018. Method. This is a descriptive observational study with cross-sectional approach to the incidence of endometriosis based on laparoscopic diagnosis at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang during 2017-2018 who meet the inclusion criteria. Data was processed using SPSS version 23. Result. Research on the incidence of endometriosis in the diagnosis of laparoscopy that has been conducted at the Medical Record Installation of RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in October to November 2019. The results of this study were obtained from secondary data in the form of medical records of all endometriosis patients who were hospitalized at Dr. RSUP. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in the period January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2018. There were 65 patients who met the criteria for endometriosis diagnosis and 61 out of them underwent operative laparoscopy. Conclusion. The incidence of endometriosis in the diagnosis of laparoscopy in RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang for the period of 2017-2018 was 24,4%. Keywords: Endometriosis , the incidence, laparoscopy
