Abstract

Crime or criminal act was a form of deviate activity that was always around us and its essential for it to receive a special attention because oftenly it accour as a huge concern in the society. Criminal behaviour can be done by anyone, women, men, and can go to an extent to children, adults even elderly. Criminal acts can be done when conscious by the criminals moreover unconscious by a criminal who is affected by drugs. this type of research is descriptive and in a form of case series. The Research’s subject is 31 VER that fulfill the inclision kriteria. The post mortem consists of 31 with the acquisition of male sex 28 (90.3%) and female 3 (9.7%). Visum 35-40 (32.3%) years age group received the most gains. Workers with the number 4 (12.9) became the most work in the post mortem. Based on the case of stabbing occupies the highest number which is 11 (35.5%). Based on the results of positive divisum drug testing occupies the most 26 (83.9%). Based on the relationship of drug tests with the stabbing and shooting criminal cases that keep the biggest number which is 9 (29.0%) Prevalence of the use of drugs with the criminality case on the victims died on VER in hospital bhayangkara 2016-2018 was 28(90,3%)
