Abstract

Intense competition in the business field motivates Tunaiku to manage serive for customers. With hearing review from a customers, Tunaiku can find out what a customer wants. Using dashboard, user no longer need to enter the system, just see the table and chart that available and user can saving the time to create an analysis. For provide dashboard which having a clean data quality, modern data warehouse is needed to provide the data from different source and need sentiment analysis machine learning for text classification sentiment from reviews data that we get from customers. When doing the entire process including extract, transform, testing, and provide data for dashboard can use it, extract, transform and load framework is needed it. With using airflow, can do automation entire process daily, including extract, transform, testing, and provide data for dashboard can use it. The result is data that has been obtained from playstore and internal.
