Result: The incidence of salivary gland neoplasm in the Pathology Anatomy Department Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in 2016-2019 was 3%. Of the 80 study subjects, more benign neoplasia was found (N = 53, 66.3%). Pleomorphic adenoma was the most common (N = 35, 43.8%). The location of the most common lesion was the parotid gland (N = 55, 68.8%). The age of most patients at the age of 30-39 years (N = 11, 22.5%) with an average of 49 years.
