Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis The Influences of PAD and Population Amount to Developmental Expenditure of Palembang City Government". The aim of this research was to analyze the Developmental Expenditure of Palembang City Government from the year 1996 until 2005 with PAD and Population Amount as factors are influenced it. Data used in this research for support analysis are secunder data which sourced from Dispenda, BPS, Bappeda , and other regencies mainly related with this research. From the result of the research which used SPSS program with multiple regression method, the coefficient value for each variable was gained then the coefficient value was analyzed to obtain the answer for set of problem of this research. The result of data estimating and analyzing will be explained as follow PAD and Population Amount are positively and significantly influencing the Developmental Expenditure of Palembang City Government. Its means the bigger of PAD and Population Amount will boost the Developmental Expenditure of Palembang City Government. Then R-squared value 0,980 shows that 98 percent of Developmental Expenditure of Palembang City Government was influenced by PAD and Population Amount
