Abstract
PT. Greentech Equipment Indonesia at Prabumilih is a company engaged in the field of heavy equipment, the supply of goods and services since January 19, 2016 and there is no means to reach customers remotely. Social Customer Relationship Management (Social CRM) is applied to improve relationships with customers in providing company information, promoting products, knowing interest and listening to customer criticism and advice. The system was built using the FAST system development method and utilizing social media facebook PT. Greentech Equipment Indonesia. The results of this study are a Social CRM system that supports customer relationship management by utilizing Facebook social media.
