Abstract
In the decision support system for the performance appraisal of honorariums for changes in employee status is made based on data in the Office of Public Works of the Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province. The calculation used in the profile matching method is to determine employee salary recommendations in determining employee status changes. The assessment used in the Work Behavior Aspect and Work Attitude Aspects. This result is used as a recommendation for decision making on the status changes of honorarium employees. In the decision making process a computer-based Decision Support System (SPK) is needed that can calculate the consideration of the assessment of the criteria determined at the time of changing the status of the honorarium employee to be more objective and faster processing time.
