Abstract

This study entitled Balanced Nutrition in the Family to Stimulate Physical Development in Toddlers in Palembang's Sukarami Subdistrict, aims to see the Pattern of Feeding Toddlers with Physical Development of Children in the RI Ministry of Health Regulation is appropriate or not. The method used in this study is the quantitative survey method, in the Quantitative Survey method, data analysis is statistical in nature which aims to calculate the percentage, from the high or low level of knowledge. The sample used in this study is that all children aged (0-3), amounting to 10 children along with their parents who were taken using purposive sampling technique, is a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. The technique of analyzing the data uses a percentage calculation, namely the Pattern of Feeding Toddlers and Physical Development of children. The results of data analysis in all children aged (0-3) years showed that the pattern of giving toddler food in Melati 1 Posyandu was Palembang, 80% in the category of High (T), 20% in the category of Very High (ST). Then the results of physical development of toddlers (0-3) years in Melati Posyandu 1 Development of toddlers through body weight, height and head circumference with normal results in the guidelines of the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2010).
