Abstract
Wall paint is a water solvent paint whose purpose is to beautify, strengthen and protect the walls of houses or other objects. paint colors available in the market are still very few, while the desired color needs are increasing.In the design of this tool works to mix wall paint color with RGB color composition by controlling the volume of paint inputted using a waterflow sensor, the relay is used as an on / off pump switch on the wall paint (RGB), atmega8535 as the overall system controller, LCD as a result for display input volume and output comparison of wall paint (RGB), and use the 3x4 keypad as input, then the tcs230 sensor will detect how much color ratio is produced and whether the color comparison results from the system are the same or not with the desired color ratio, so from the color mixing ratio this we can input the volume (RGB) in accordance with the wishes that produce what is the total volume of each ratio of mixing wall paint. In this study the success of a wall paint mixing tool of the desired volume with an RGB color paint composition, the design of this wall paint color mixing tool can work automatically with the desired average volume difference to the output volume of 4.33 mL.
