Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of a tax review on corporate income tax in order to assess the tax compliance of the Bukit Serelo Hotel in Lahat Regency. This research uses a qualitative analysis method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the Treasurer of the Bukit Serelo Hotel. Whereas secondary data was obtained from the Treasurer of Bukit Serelo Hotel, such as financial statements, period notification, and proof of deposit for Article 21 Income Tax, Article 23 Income Tax, and Article 4 Paragraph (2) Income Tax. The results showed that the position of tax compliance at the Bukit Serelo Hotel was at the full compliance level because the Bukit Serelo Hotel had carried out its tax obligations in accordance with taxation rules and regulations.
