Abstract

This research proposes a solution to create a decision support system of student achievement selection using Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Multi Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA). This research was concucted at Senior High Number 1 in Muara enim. In helping to choose outstanding students, a decision support system is needed. In this study using lots of data, 649 data students and 7 criteria. The MAUT method will provide the assessment of yhe valuation they have, after which the results of this ranking will be ranked in its entirety by the MOORA method which will produce prospective winners in the scholarship. Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Multi Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) can produce the best alternative for prospective students, with an accuracy with hamming distance of 96.6% and accuracy with eulidean distance is 0.1979, so that it is as expected.
