Abstract
The Lithium Hydroxide Manufacturing Plant with a capacity of 25,000 tons / year is planned to be established in 2025 in Maja, Banten with an area of 5.67 Ha. The process of making lithium hydroxide refers to US Pat. 9,988,279 B2. The reaction takes place at the Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) reactor, a temperature of 80oC and a pressure of 1 atm. To build and operate this plant a limited liability company (PT) will be established, led by a managing director. The company organization system chosen was line and staff with a total of 117 employees. This lithium hydroxide manufacturing plant is feasible because it has fulfilled the following economic parameter requirements: • Total Capital Investment (TCI): US $ 149,955,355.82 • Total Production Cost (TPC): US $ 145,510,908.34 • Selling Price (SP): US $ 1,049,608,988.70. • Annual Cash Flow (ACF): US $ 1,626,700,774.99 • Pay Out time: 2.16 years • Rate of return on investment: 48,0361% • Break Even Point: 34.281% • Service Life: 12 years
