Abstract
The Eksperimetations of Islamic Syariat in Aceh (including of flagellant),in fact gives strong picture where of the so-called with symbolic syariat. That becoming size measure in application of Islam syariat in province of ' tsunami' is doctrines of secondary in religious texts. Equally, what is going on in Aceh with the true meanings of syariat do not touch the syariat essences, but the only euphoria having the character of symbolic. Religion is not longger comprehend as essences, substances, and commitment, but the secondary of Arabic traditions. (Keywords: Syariat, Islam Liberal)
